1. Aromatic coffee with cinnamon and cardamom
Ingredients:
- Freshly roasted coffee beans
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- Milk (optional)
- Sugar or honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Grind the coffee beans together with the cinnamon and cardamom in our grinder.
- Steam the mixture in a coffee maker or French press.
2. Italian homemade bread with rosemary and sea salt
Ingredients:
- 500 g of flour
- 10 g dry yeast
- 300 ml of warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- Freshly ground rosemary
- Freshly ground sea salt
Instructions:
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let it bubble.
- Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the water with the yeast and knead a smooth dough.
- Leave to rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the bread and sprinkle with freshly ground rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25-30 minutes.
3. Classic chili con carne
Ingredients:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of red beans
- Freshly ground cumin
- Freshly ground chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Fry the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
- Add the red pepper, tomatoes and beans.
- Season with freshly ground cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
4. Pesto of basil and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
- Grind the walnuts and garlic in a food processor.
- Add the basil and olive oil and grind until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
5. Chocolate brownies with hazelnuts
Ingredients:
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- Freshly ground hazelnuts
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Beat the sugar and eggs until the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix well.
- Add the flour and cocoa and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a tray and sprinkle with freshly ground hazelnuts.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
