In the following lines, we will introduce you to some of our most favorite recipes where the grinder plays a key role. You'll discover how easy and fun cooking can be when you have the right tools. So, get ready for culinary adventures and remember – it all starts with a good grinder!

1. Aromatic coffee with cinnamon and cardamom

Ingredients:

  • Freshly roasted coffee beans
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cardamom pods
  • Milk (optional)
  • Sugar or honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Grind the coffee beans together with the cinnamon and cardamom in our grinder.
  2. Steam the mixture in a coffee maker or French press.

2. Italian homemade bread with rosemary and sea salt

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 300 ml of warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground rosemary
  • Freshly ground sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let it bubble.
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the water with the yeast and knead a smooth dough.
  4. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
  5. Shape the bread and sprinkle with freshly ground rosemary and sea salt.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25-30 minutes.

3. Classic chili con carne

Ingredients:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of red beans
  • Freshly ground cumin
  • Freshly ground chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Fry the onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add the red pepper, tomatoes and beans.
  4. Season with freshly ground cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

4. Pesto of basil and walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grind the walnuts and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Add the basil and olive oil and grind until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.

5. Chocolate brownies with hazelnuts

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • Freshly ground hazelnuts

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
  2. Beat the sugar and eggs until the mixture becomes fluffy.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix well.
  4. Add the flour and cocoa and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into a tray and sprinkle with freshly ground hazelnuts.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
